Illinois PTA District 28 Awards 2009-2010.
Gold Ribbon Award     Legislation Award     Newletter Award

The awards can be viewed and completed using Adobe Reader.
This is a free program that can be downloaded at  Adobe.com 
You may follow the instructions on the page. 
After completing each award application, please print it, attach any additional documentation required,
and mail to the individual whose name and address is listed on that particular award.
We will need a hard copy of your application, with required documentation,
for each award being submitted, for judging purposes.
 
The deadline for all the awards is March 31, 2010.

The Illinois PTA District 28 Awards Dinner will be held on April 23, 2010.
Registration is at 6:30 with Dinner at 7 pm.
Join us to celebrate PTA and the accomplishments of your local unit or council!
It will be held at the Great Escape, 9540 West Irving Park Road, Schiller Park, IL 60176
The cost is $25 per person. Registration forms will be sent to unit presidents.

Illinois PTA Reflections Traveling Exhibit, you may contact
Illinois PTA Cultural Arts Specialist Sylvia Tarchala
at sylviatarchala@aol.com to make arrangements.
